The recent increase in the school board tax is being sold as a REQUIREMENT by the Legislator. However it is completely opposite! The Legislators have given the School Board record amounts of funding this last year. The Board is increasing our taxes for an opt in program they choose to do with the State of Utah for additional funding. Cache County Fair is every year at the Fairgrounds in Logan. It is August 5-8. It's a major event in Cache Valley! The GOP is always there handing out popsicles, and helping to register our neighbors to vote. This year we are also supporting the Republican Women as they are our new affiliate in the valley. Wow, the support we received at Lewiston's parade was absolutely phenomenal! In all my years with the GOP, this experience was truly unmatched. A huge thank you to Lewiston!! We had Mike Peterson's team with us, along with MANY others from the precincts who joined in! I swear, we were picking up more people as the parade went on! It was incredible! The flag stretched across the road was absolutely breathtaking!
