Meet Our Officers
Ethan Harper
President
My name's Ethan Harper, and I am a Law & Constitutional Studies Major. I grew up in Georgia, and moved out to USU for school after a church mission in Brazil. On campus I serve as the president of College Republicans, vice president of Turning Point, an ambassador for the American Conservation Coalition, and a student journalist for The Campus Fix. I'm passionate about aviation, politics, hunting, and history. After graduation I intend to pursue a career in the US Air Force and eventually politics.
Samuel Porter

I'm currently studying accounting. I've lived in Utah my whole life and I've grown to love it here. I love to learn new things and take on challenges. I'm excited to take on the responsibility of serving as the Executive Director of the USU College Republicans. I believe it's important to be involved, and I hope to influence others to make their voices heard!

I joined College Republicans to preserve economic liberty and the 2nd Amendment, and to protect law and order in our nation. I want to keep America great for future generations.
Andrea Negoescu

Hello! My name is Andrea Negoescu and I’m a senior majoring in Economics with minors in Finance, History, and Business. I’m originally from New York and am passionate about economics, business, politics, and leadership. I’m actively involved on campus through student organizations like USU College Republicans, USU ACC, as well as USU Turning Point, and leadership roles, where I enjoy creating events, building connections, and engaging with my community. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career at the intersection of economics, business, and public service.
Felicity Parker

Hi! My name is Felicity Parker, and I'm a freshman at Utah State University, majoring in nursing with plans to become a Nurse Practitioner. I'm originally from California, and I have loved getting involved in politics both in and outside of school. I love making connections and getting others and myself involved in conversations and activities surrounding politics, to hopefully educate our generation with what’s going on in our country.
